Danielle Frank is a Hupa tribal member with Yurok ancestry located in Northern California. Frank serves as the Youth Coordinator for Save California Salmon and Ms Na:tini-xwe’ of the Hupa Valley Tribe, working towards collective healing and justice for native youth. Danielle has been in the environmental justice movement most of her life and says as a native women she was born an environmentalist, her fight is not only for healthy ecosystems but also healthy cultural resources and communities. In 2022 she was highlighted by Future Coalition in Vogue Magazine for the “Tokala” project headed by Marcus Correa.
