Ilknur Ozgur

Ilknur Ozgur is the Founder and Executive Director of Artstillery. She served as an Arts & Culture Commissioner and resides on the NEA TACDC Creative Place Making Task Force and runs the creative place making initiatives at 723 in West Dallas. Recent speaking engagements – TACA Perforum: REimagine: The Future Of The Arts and Arts Matters 2022 sponsored by KERA, D Magazine and Dallas Museum of Art. She is an Age Legacy Grant Finalist in 2022 for her written works with Artstillery and is a New York Arts Matters Artist2Artist Fellow. Ilknur believes in shattering hierarchical structures created in traditional spaces.
