Laura Revels

Laura Revels, BA, Tlingit, Kaagwaantaan, Storyteller, and Bead Artist, is originally from Southeast Alaska. She is passionate about Indigenous education and continually explores ways to use technology and traditional art to share knowledge. She started Anáaski Kawóot (Alaska Bead), her business in Anchorage, to help Indigenous beaders and to honor her grandmother. Her mission is to share bead artistry to preserve cultures, and to live the shared value of “we go forward together.” For her, this is what it is all about, helping each other go forward.
