Noel Quiñones is a poet, performer, actor, and organizer who travels the country speaking on the inner ethnic conflict of Latinidad, using his work to break open the binaries we impose on our identities. As a writer he has received fellowships from CantoMundo, Candor Arts & SAFTA, and was chosen as an Emerging Poets Fellow at Poets House. His work is published in the Latin American Review, Rattle, Kweli Journal & elsewhere. As a performer he has featured with The Center for Puerto Rican Studies, The Poetry Gods, and Univision as well as performed at BAM, Lincoln Center, the Nuyorican Poets Café, and Jawdance – London. His performances have been showcased on Tidal Music, Huffington Post, Vibe, Latina Magazine, Medium, Remezcla, Mitú & elsewhere.
