Rafael Tamayo is the manager of the Oak Cliff Cultural Center, a division of the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture, a position he has held since 2011. He started his career as a professional actor at the age of 11, and has committed himself to connecting communities and increasing access to the Arts through his work a professional actor, poet, intra/entrepreneur, cultural producer, and arts administrator.
