I am a Kanaka Maoli Artist and Art Teacher in the Department of Education in Hawaii. I graduated with a BA in Studio Art and with my MedT in Teaching in the Ho`okulaiwi program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I participated in the Hawaiian Ohana for Education in the Arts program in Waimea on the Big Island and learned multi-disciplines of traditional art and contemporary arts from indigenous artists from around the Pacific and the US. As an artist and teacher, my goal is to inspire and share with others to create and express themselves.
