Arturo Méndez is an arts producer, curator, and community organizer, advancing Cultural Equity in San Francisco for the last 6 years.
A founder of community projects such as Arts.Co.Lab, La Diáspora Festival, and Urban Prophets Illustrated. He has curated for Harvard and Cornell University and produced International Festivals in Mexico and the US, always centering voices from BIIPOC LGBTQ+, and underserved communities.
He has participated in Fellowships with the Emerging Arts Professionals, NALAC’s Leadership Institute ‘21, and Advocacy Leadership Institute ‘20, and Seeding Reciprocity Fellowships with the SFAC.
