The pilot of the Intercultural Leadership Institute (ILI) was convened in the fall of 2015 at the Guadalupe Theater in San Antonio, Texas. The Pilot assembled a small nominated group of participants to share, test, and offer feedback on possible components of the ILI curriculum, structure and engagement model.
